Important: This integration does NOT process payments, store payment card data, or transmit funds. We only access accounting data necessary for invoice management.

1. Information We Collect

From Your QuickBooks Account:

  • Customer names and contact information
  • Invoice data (amounts, dates, line items)
  • Product/service items configured in your QuickBooks account
  • Company information (name, address)

From Your Rapidgo Inc. Account:

  • Shipment and delivery information
  • Service pricing and billing details
  • Authentication tokens for QuickBooks API access

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

  • Create and sync invoices between Rapidgo and QuickBooks Online
  • Match customers between our systems
  • Maintain API connections and authentication
  • Provide customer support for integration issues

3. Information We DO NOT Collect

Our integration explicitly does NOT collect, access, or store:

  • ❌ Payment card numbers or banking information
  • ❌ Payment processing data or transaction details
  • ❌ Social Security Numbers or Tax IDs
  • ❌ Personal financial account credentials

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Encryption: All data transmitted between Rapidgo and QuickBooks uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Access Tokens: Stored securely with restricted file permissions
  • Data Retention: We retain synchronization logs for 90 days for troubleshooting purposes
  • Server Security: Our servers employ industry-standard security measures

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your QuickBooks data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share data only when:

  • Required by law or legal process
  • Necessary to enforce our Terms of Service
  • You explicitly authorize us to do so

6. Third-Party Services

This integration connects to:

  • Intuit QuickBooks Online API: Subject to Intuit’s Privacy Policy
  • Our hosting provider: For secure server infrastructure

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Disconnect: Revoke access anytime through QuickBooks settings
  • Access: Request a copy of data we’ve stored about you
  • Delete: Request deletion of your integration data
  • Correct: Update inaccurate information

8. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours via email to the address associated with your RapidGO account.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our service is intended for business use only and not directed at individuals under 18 years of age.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data is stored on servers located in Canada. By using this service, you consent to data processing in Canada.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy via email or through a notice in your RapidGO dashboard.
